Replacement

We take extensive precautions to prepare and ship merchandise so that orders arrive safely, accurately, and in suitable condition. Products are packed using appropriate protective materials and handled through established fulfillment procedures intended to minimize the risk of damage before dispatch. After leaving our facilities, packages may travel through several warehouses, sorting centers, transportation networks, and local delivery operations. Because these stages involve external carriers and circumstances beyond our direct control, occasional delays, handling issues, or unexpected events may occur. If a customer experiences a problem with an order after delivery, contacting customer support promptly allows the circumstances to be reviewed and the available options to be considered.

Customers should report concerns involving damaged products, missing components, incorrect merchandise, or other delivery-related problems within thirty days from the recorded delivery date. Reporting within this period allows relevant order, warehouse, inventory, and carrier information to be reviewed while records are more readily available. Claims submitted considerably later may require additional investigation because shipping and fulfillment information can become more difficult to verify. Each case is assessed according to its individual circumstances, including the nature of the issue, the condition of the product, and whether suitable replacement inventory remains available.

Depending on the outcome of the review, an eligible concern may be resolved through a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy. A replacement cannot always be provided because inventory can change after the original purchase. When the same product is unavailable, another suitable resolution may be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable service requirements.

Customers can help make the review process more efficient by supplying complete information when submitting a claim. A detailed description of the problem should be accompanied by photographs whenever possible, particularly when merchandise or packaging appears damaged. Useful images may show the product, shipping box, protective materials, delivery label, and any visible marks or signs of impact. Order details, proof of purchase, or other relevant transaction information should also be provided when available. Supplying these materials at the beginning can reduce follow-up requests and help support staff understand the situation more quickly.

Not every difference in appearance represents a manufacturing defect. Products made through standard manufacturing processes may display minor variations in color, texture, stitching, pattern placement, surface finish, or other visual details. Small differences between individual items can occur naturally during production and do not necessarily affect the product’s intended purpose, durability, structure, or performance. When evaluating a reported concern, consideration is therefore given to whether the condition materially affects the merchandise rather than whether it differs slightly from another individual item.

Packaging is primarily designed to protect products while they are being transported. Since parcels can pass through numerous handling points before reaching their destination, the exterior carton or mailing materials may show signs of ordinary transportation. Minor creases, scuffs, dents, abrasions, or similar marks on an outer package do not automatically demonstrate that the merchandise inside has been damaged. When reporting packaging concerns, customers are encouraged to provide photographs of both the package and its contents so the condition of the actual product can be assessed.

Certain products may be distributed in randomized formats, including blind packaging, mystery assortments, collectible series, or surprise selections. With these products, the particular character, color, design, or edition is determined through the distribution process rather than selected by the customer before shipment. As a result, receiving a different variation from a previous purchase does not ordinarily mean that an incorrect item was supplied. Duplicate designs may also occur when multiple randomized products are purchased and are generally considered an inherent part of this type of product format.

Where a randomized product qualifies for replacement, the replacement may also be selected through the same distribution method. Customers therefore should not expect a replacement to reproduce the specific variation originally received. The random nature of the product remains applicable unless the relevant product terms state otherwise.

For clothing, footwear, and other merchandise where fit may influence satisfaction, customers should review the available measurements, sizing information, product dimensions, materials, and care instructions before ordering. If the item supplied corresponds with the size and specifications selected during checkout, a personal preference regarding fit may not by itself constitute a product defect or qualify for a remedy. Differences in fit can result from garment construction, materials, proportions, manufacturing methods, and individual preferences. Careful review of product information before purchase can help reduce misunderstandings concerning size and fit.

Delivery problems may also occur when the address or recipient information supplied during checkout is incomplete or inaccurate. Packages can be returned when delivery attempts are unsuccessful, a recipient declines delivery, or the carrier cannot complete delivery because of information provided by the customer or other circumstances outside the fulfillment process. When a shipment is returned under these circumstances, additional handling may be necessary before the order can be resolved.

Where permitted under applicable requirements, costs associated with an unsuccessful delivery or returned shipment may affect the amount ultimately reimbursed. Such costs can include return transportation, handling, processing, or other reasonable expenses arising from the package being redirected to the sender. The treatment of these charges depends on the specific circumstances of the shipment and the terms applicable to the order.

Once a parcel has entered the carrier’s network, certain delivery requests may need to be handled directly by the shipping provider. Depending on the carrier and destination, recipients may be able to arrange collection, request an eligible delivery adjustment, provide additional instructions, or select another available delivery option. Charges associated with optional carrier services or customer-requested changes may be payable by the recipient where they fall outside the original shipping arrangement.

Our customer support process is intended to provide a consistent way of reviewing delivery and product concerns. Claims are considered using the information supplied by the customer, relevant order records, applicable product standards, and the circumstances surrounding fulfillment and transportation. Maintaining accurate records and requesting appropriate evidence helps support an informed assessment and allows suitable solutions to be considered.

Customers can assist with the process by reporting problems promptly, keeping the original packaging when transportation damage is suspected, supplying clear photographs, retaining purchase information, and explaining the issue accurately. These steps provide useful context for determining what occurred and what action may be appropriate. Through timely communication, careful documentation, and consistent review, we aim to address legitimate concerns while maintaining reliable standards for product quality, fulfillment, delivery, and customer support.
